Phoebe was brought in because she got bigger than expected. They were told she was a mini. Phoebe will whine when she needs to go outside. She enjoys car rides, and her family said she is "super timid but super sweet. She has been with another dog and likes to have a safe place in the house." Phoebe is allergic to chicken and has to have special food. She loves to give kisses and cuddle once she feels safe with you. She will lay on your chest and lap often. This girl loves to chase toys and balls. She slept under her family's bed. Her special need is the food allergy and the fact she is really shy right now. She has lived with one family so this shelter life is scary. Adopters will need to give her plenty of time to adjust and come around. She is worth it.
