He’s lived the good life indoors with a taste of the great outdoors, and he’s comfortable in just about any social circle — adults, other cats, dogs, even horses. François is basically the social butterfly of the animal kingdom. His favorite hobby? Following his people around like a loyal little shadow. Laundry room? He’s there. Kitchen? Of course. Bathroom? No privacy, but plenty of love. Wherever you go, François believes you could probably use a little more cat. If you’re looking for a companion who will keep you entertained, keep you company, and keep the conversation going, François is ready to move in and take over your heart (and probably your favorite chair). Meet Bubbie Bubbie is a one-of-a-kind Beagle/Basset mix with a big personality—and an even bigger heart to match. This lovable boy is looking for a fresh start with a family who will help him become the healthiest, happiest version of himself. Right now, Bubbie is carrying quite a bit of extra weight, so he’ll need a committed adopter ready to help him on a gentle weight-loss journey. Don’t worry—he’s already got a head start on exercise, because Bubbie has been known to “take himself for walks!” (Yes, really.) With some structure, regular strolls, and a balanced diet, he’s sure to thrive. Bubbie is described as a “picky eater,” though we suspect he just has a soft spot for snacks—especially if there’s cat food involved! He’ll need a home that can keep food out of reach and help him stick to a healthy routine. This sweet boy knows how to communicate—he’ll go to the door and give a little whimper when he needs to go outside. When left alone, Bubbie is a laid-back companion who mostly just naps and recharges for his next adventure. He’s lived happily with people of all ages and even cats, making him a great candidate for a variety of homes. Bubbie is especially friendly and playful with children and enjoys tagging along for car rides. True to his hound roots, he loves chasing chipmunks, squirrels, and anything that scurries! And fair warning—Bubbie snores. Loudly. But many would say that just adds to his charm. When they are ready for adoption, we will carefully review all submitted applications and select the first qualified home that best matches each puppy’s personality and needs.
