Dipper is a handsome neutered male who is still getting settled and letting us learn more about him. He has lived with lots of other cats and is a quiet but very friendly boy. Once you reach out to Dipper, he warms up quickly and is happy to come say hello! He seems to be a pretty happy boy who is just waiting for someone to give him a chance.
