I've seen a Brownish Black German Shepard walking around for 2 days at the shell station in Banner Elk. Gas station and ski shop have been feeding and watering it so I doubt it'll go anywhere soon. Doesnt appear to be aggressive, just lost and scared. No collar or tag i noticed
