Black and brown, short hair. Found on private property on Peregrine Lane, near intersection of Blue Ridge Parkway and Old Jonas Ridge. Wearing a collar with a tag saying “RJ” on one side and “call or text James” on the other, but there is no answer when we’ve called or texted since yesterday around 5pm.
